Let’s be straight, right at the beginning: This journey is about coming home to your Self first: your body, your heart, the earth, the moment - and in the core: the divine. Not just in the infinite skies - but right here: all around & within you. 

This is a journey of contained, continuous & guided Soul-Embodiment.

Profound, therapeutic, effective AND passionate, flowy, joyful & magic.

It challenges you to step into the unknown. But for the truest part of you it will be the known.

Only our human “disconnected” parts will fear & resist this shift. That’s why this space is for them, to hold them safe, to support them, to softly open them up.

This journey is designed to build a foundation for more LOVE in your life - by removing all the barriers within. A new level of trust is required to anchor love on a somatic level - to give and to receive more of it.

Through innern child & parts work we create integration within your beautiful complexity and inner peace & wholeness, so that you can move AS LOVE and during this process, your inner masculine & feminine will both mature and unite as a team again. That´s the inner base for every outer relationship.

We will walk through your childhood & first relational experiences again - to integrate all your fragmented parts & rewire your deepest patterns & restore your nervous-system - for a new experience of love rather than a repetition of the old.

It starts within - not just in your own heart but in your BODY too, where all the limiting beliefs, sabotage & protection patterns are anchored.

That´s why I combine BODYWORK, Trauma-therapy, Internal Family System & more in this unique Mentoring.

We do not have to reach out for love, as we already are, but it is up to us, to return, re-align & alchemise all our trauma into more capacity to embody & receive love.

We only have to “remove” our protection in a way that the vulnerable parts behind it still feels safe. Restoring our faith is the most courageous thing we can do in our entire life - and how our life begins.

A path of consciously choosing our power, a bold jump into the unknown AND a soft surrendering, full allowance of all that is not ready yet, expanding in our true rhythm, embracing our weakness. Right here love will find us - not just when we are “healed”.

The intention of this journey is to fully embrace ourselves, each other & this life with all it’s beauty, pain & wildness.

1:2 Mentoring Info

Most of the Calls will be with the three of us & we will do deep reflection work and create a map of your relationship - to have clarity about what’s below the typical conflicts and to uncover your potential. The mentoring includes everything I usually do to make real progress here too. And I will guide you through aligned practices & inner journeys together too.

But I will ALSO work with both of you on your own topics & patterns in 1:1 calls - for the things that need a safe space to be alchemised.

This is for the couples who feel & desire their love to root deeper & grow higher. No matter if you want a container for your deep devotion & desire to be able to expand AND ground - or if you indeed struggle with repeating patterns but choose not to give up..

OR even if you desire to have a real honest look at a possible separation and you don´t want to walk through it alone and unnecessary hurt each other - or your kids.
